Die dritte Plenarsitzung des 20. CPC-Zentralkomitees schlug vor, allgemeine Luftfahrt und Wirtschaft mit geringer Höhe zu entwickeln. Um die Exploration und Praxis der neuen Industrialisierung in der Luftfahrtindustrie zu fördern, stellten das Ministerium für Industrie und Informationstechnologie, das Ministerium für Wissenschaft und Technologie und andere vier Abteilungen gemeinsam den "Implementierungsplan für die Innovation und Anwendung von allgemeinen Luftfahrtausrüstungen (2024-2030)". Neue Felder und neue Tracks sind die Produkte der globalen wissenschaftlichen und technologischen Revolution und der industriellen Transformation. Sie sind nicht nur die entscheidende Kraft, die die zukünftige wirtschaftliche und soziale Entwicklung des Landes führt, sondern auch die wichtigsten Variablen, die die strategische Position des Landes in der zukünftigen globalen politischen und wirtschaftlichen Landschaft beeinflussen. Für das Land ist es entscheidend, strategische Chancen zu nutzen, die Entwicklung von Leapfrog zu erreichen und die Initiative in der Entwicklung zu beherrschen.
Vor diesem Hintergrund wird die China UAV Industry Innovation Alliance im Juli 2025 gemeinsam die Konferenz "2025 International UAV) in Peking mit einflussreichen Einheiten aller Parteien abhalten.
